Turn Bull Lumber Company has been milling premium hardwood and cypress in eastern North Carolina since 1993 – delivering quality hardwood boards shipped across the U.S. and overseas.
From our facility in the Bladen Lakes State Forest, we mill 12–14 million board feet of hardwood lumber a year — Cypress, Red Oak, White Oak, Poplar, Maple, and Ash — primarily in 4/4 and 5/4 thicknesses. We hold our boards to within-and-between tolerances of +/- .015″, because the manufacturers we sell to put their names on what comes off their lines, and we want them to want our lumber underneath.
We’re an NHLA-certified mill. Our inspectors are NHLA-trained. We grade to NHLA rules — or to whatever specification you need.
